Korean town, so there will be a lot of late-night food 😉.
The landlord is friendly and looks after the tenants and the property. Full privacy between tenants, there are no crime or smoking incidents.

About the flatmates
Hi,
I am moving out to the studio at the back of the house this month and need a tenant to replace me on the 4th of February.
The property is a house split into 3, all 3 sessions do not relate to each other or violate each other, the section you are staying in will be shared with another female, Vietnamese, 21 years old, clean and works all days. So basically, share bathroom and kitchen with 1 other person.
You can see from the photos how much I love the place. I am moving to the back of the house in a larger studio. The landlord is friendly. I have been living here for 3 years and will continue for more.
Overall, quite easy to travel to and from. Feel free to reach out if you want to inspect.
