- Fully furnished & well equipped.
- However, living area, dining & laundry areas photos are virtually staged.
- 2 housemates are leaving, taking their existing furniture (not ones in photos).

This ad's theme is ideally what I'm going for, but will need your help with styling from scratch.

- During inspections, no dogs unfortunately (but we're open with dogs but needs to fit the space).

- Home squat rack, Olympic weights & barbell, dumbbells
- Garden tools, storage & hobbies like woodwork
- Can hand wash car in front of garage. 20m retracable hose

🌟 Cleaning:
- “Clean as you go” policy
- House kept pretty clean most times - don’t need cleaning schedules if everyone pulls their weight
- Can agree later on for fixed schedule or a cleaning fee if better suited

💰 Finally, costs:
- Utilities split evenly as they come
- Can freely use wall-mounted A/C whenever
- Room ducted A/C is very expensive - we use it sparingly on super hot days
- Split costs of some communal groceries (eg. rice, detergents, toilet paper etc) (negotiable)
- Some necessary big item furniture/appliances needs to be split 4 ways
- Partial/full house cleaning fee if lazy (optional)
- Gardening is a 4-5hrs job alone - you can help or mate's rates $30pp p/m.
