About the flatmates
I am clean and quiet. Looking for a female to share the unit and needs to be tidy, quiet and have normal routine. The room for rent has very nice view of Chatswood. Utility bills are included for reasonable use (excluding heaters).
There is fortnightly cleaning so you can relax and enjoy free time. Just need to make sure you clean up after using the kitchen. But still need to maintain basic cleanup around the unit.
