The house is pretty big with front and back yard, also a veranda at the front
There are 3 rooms which one is normal size bedroom with queen size bed , one small that I use as a office , and another big room faced on the back yard more like a studio size
( room for rent che be the normal size one or the big one with private entrance changes a bit the price ) forniture can be fully furnished or empty no problem.
Living room with fireplace , couch, table and chairs, tv with Netflix, Amazon etc

My name is Miky 40 yo , I am from Italy working as a carpenter full time I have a dog 3 yo American stuffy name bimba , she is super chill , sleep most of the day outside in the backyard, atm I also have puppies my dog just had them few mont ago , the will stay only for another week and then will be only my dog , i am out most of the time for work and when i am home always doing something in the garage or around the house.
No drinking only occasionally , love cars and motorcycles
