Hi! It’s Anisha here 👋 You’ll be sharing the apartment with me and my sister. We’re renting out a beautiful room with a private bathroom and balcony access in the stunning suburb of North Ryde.
The location is super convenient — only 6–8 minutes’ walk to North Ryde Metro or about 15 minutes to Macquarie Park Station. The apartment gets amazing natural sunlight (a big plus if you love bright spaces like we do 🌞).
Right downstairs, you’ll find cafes, Coles, a gym, bubble tea, Korean fried chicken, and Vietnamese food — literally at your doorstep! There’s also a lovely park just across the road if you enjoy walks or a morning coffee outdoors.
You’ll have access to great building amenities including a swimming pool and barbecue area, perfect for summer hangouts.

We’re two sisters who are pretty easygoing and friendly. We both work full-time — I work from home about 3 days a week, and my sister is in the office 5 days. We enjoy a balance of quiet nights in and weekends out exploring Sydney.
We like to keep our home clean, peaceful, and welcoming, so we just ask that everyone helps maintain a tidy and respectful shared space.
