We’re renting out a room with an office in our spacious shared house starting 04/02 until 26/03. This room has good natural light, a large inbuilt wardrobe, a ceiling fan, A/C and new carpet installed mid-last year.
The house features a lovely garden, a double garage used for bikes and surfboards, and wide common areas. It's great for anyone who likes to socialise, as well as have quiet time, and who enjoys connecting with the outdoors - from home! We’re in a free parking zone, so there’s no stress about finding a spot.
Just a five-minute walk away, you’ll find Harris Farm, Woolies, Coles, and Aldi. The B1 bus line is also nearby, offering easy access to the city. Walking distance to Manly, and the beach. Inside the house, we have a fully equipped kitchen and an internal laundry with both a washing and drying machine.
You’ll be living with four friendly housemates who enjoy hanging out and doing things together. We are looking for someone respectful and easygoing to join our home and our good house dynamic. Is that you?
