Very quiet and cosy area with lovely neighbours. Convenient and close to a lot of amenities. 10 min drive from Costco and IKEA as well as other stores. 15 min drive from metro and station as well as buses nearby.
The bathroom is an ensuite, but it is shared. However there are two toilets. Fully furnished kitchen and living. You will need to bring your own bed and desk, the rest I have. There is also a lot of garage space. If you need a study room, there is space in the existing one. But if you prefer to have it in your own private, you can.
