The property is air conditioned, open plan with lots of light and a leafy outlook. Lower doors and windows are fitted with security fly screens. All windows are fitted with roller blinds for privacy and fly screens - so no unwanted insects! There is a spacious, fully furnished lounge with giant tv, and a separate dining area with 4 seater dining table. Kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators and all the usual plates and cutlery. Appliances include microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, smoothie maker, water filter and dishwasher. The living area flows to paved covered courtyard. It’s great to laze on the outdoor lounge or simply sit outside.
There is an internal laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board etc for your use.

About the flatmates
We are two young women with busy independent lives, and enjoy our peaceful and harmonious household. We both work during the day and are usually out and about on the weekend. Friends are very welcome to visit but there is no smoking, no heavy drinking or partying at our house. We both cook our own meals and keep the kitchen clean for others! Household chores in common areas are shared equally. There is an 12yo Pug living here too. She is friendly, clean, quiet and sleeps most of the time. We are trustworthy, friendly and easy-going people, who look after our space like it's our own home. We are looking for someone with similar values and lifestyle :-)
