About the property

My flat is fully furnished and decorated. You will have everything needed to enjoy either relaxing days, where you just want to steam off, and everything for being focused, or even, having fun. The kitchen is fully equipped including a high-end espresso machine, Vitamix, all kitchen utensils.

Located in Marsfield, across Woolworths. 5 minutes walk to Macquarie University. 18 min walk to Metro Station. Buses available as well.

The building has access to a pool, sauna, spa, tennis court, BBQ, and a parking.

Two rooms available. Shared bathroom. One room is gigantic, whilst the other is a smaller. However, the smaller fits a double bed a desk and an side tables with plenty of space to walk around. The double bed comes provided.

I have some furniture available that comes with the bedrooms. Including a queen bedframe, no mattress, a desk, a dresser, a side table. The smaller room comes with a double bed, and a double mattress.

Large Room is 320$/weekly (not incl. utilities!) (Internet Included)
Small room is 300$/weekly (not incl. utilities!) (Internet Included)

Both rooms are available starting January 19th 2026.

About the flatmates

Hi there,

I am a young professional (M29) from Canada looking to add new flatmates to my lovely flat. I currently in the field of Cyber Security and also tutor at MQU. I am active -- training 3-4 times a week, but enjoy my quiet times. I do enjoy from time to time some nice wine nights, but I stay away from major partys.

I work from home 2 to 3 days a week. Thus, do require someone that respect our space when working from home :).

I am looking to add people who are either a students or a young professionals, in a similar age range. Someone who likes to spend time with their flatmates, but also, focuses on their career/studies. This flat needs to feel like a home, not a dorm room. Being clean and tidy is a requirement!
