About the property
We love our lil kitchen catch up sessions, fighting against the occasional spider together and getting together and sharing a meal once in a while!! It’s a cozy little unit adjacent to Macquarie University. Full of trees and we have a cute little park just beside our house AND an amazing supermarket. This is a judgement free zone and we’d love to have you join our space.
House rules: Mainly just that we don’t allow any male guests over to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone involved. We prefer someone who doesn’t have pork due to religious beliefs and cross-contamination issues.
Additionally: Only water bills are included. Electricity, gas and wifi costs are roughly around $85/month; we pay quarterly.
