The apartment is fully furnished and there is still furniture if needed for the 2nd bedroom. There's queen sized sofa bed with a foam topper if required and a few draws if needed for the cupboard and/or room.

The area is fairly quiet and the roads are never busy, its also located a 5 to 10 minute walk to Macquarie university. Macquarie shopping centre is pretty close too, it takes me 25 minutes to walk to but i end up driving cause its a few minutes drive.

There's also all new washing machine, drier, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge as well as most cooking utensils needed. Happy to buy any essential cooking utensils if there's anything missing.

The balcony has a little space if needed to dry clothes and theres a shared area with clotheslines for bigger things. The shared clotheslines tend to be empty so its available most the time

Looking for a roomate who is mostly tidy (im not OCD but flexible) and who doesn't mind at least a hello every now and then.

I mainly just want a roomate that will communicate and contribute. I'm open for discussion as to whats fair for housekeeping and im generally easy going when it comes to it.

Also just a side note the bond isnt confirmed, ill have to check with the real estate
