The room has space for queen sized bed, side tables and desk/bookcase if required, and the window looks out over a private courtyard garden.
Free on-street parking is available, and some off-street parking if you get in early. Gas cook top and big fridge in kitchen.

Walking distance to Macquarie shopping centre (inc. cinema's & ice rink), Uni & Metro or 5 mins to bus stop (288, 518 Epping/city). Driving time is 15 mins to M4, 5mins to M2, 17 mins to M1 pending traffic conditions.
