About the flatmates
This 2 bedroom tiny house is perfect for the female flatmate. Your own private room furnished with your own bed, wardrobe and study table. The entire house is clean, and one of the best and safest areas in Sydney. You will share this house with its own bathroom with only 1 other female uni student. All bills / high speed internet and dinner (Mon to Fri only) are included in the rent (Lots of restaurants nearby too and close to public transportation).
Very friendly environment. However, note this is a -smoke -drug - free environment - no smoking and no pets allowed.

About Us:
Living in the main house separate to the tiny house, we are a young family of Chinese background (English speaking at home with limited skills in Malay / Indo (me) and Mandarin / Cantonese (my husband)) with 2 young children (8 and 10yo) and a friendly dog. You can cook meals here (or try ours Mon - Fri dinner only for free) if you want but you may not want to as there are plenty of affordable restaurants close by too.
