The apartment is located 5 mins walk to Mascot Station, 7 min train ride to Central Station. There are many restaurants and grocery shops (including Woolworths, Asian Supermarket) downstairs. The rent includes water utility bills. Electricity and gas utility bills and Wifi are separate, totally ~$50/month. Everything is furnished in the shared areas already, and I have created a very warm, inviting, home-y space. You'll have your own private room, private bathroom as well as a dedicated study area.
