A 2-storey 4BR beauty in the heart of Mascot with all the modern creature comforts including ducted aircon, fully equiped laundry, bathroom with bathtub, a cute backyard with bbq & a balconies with views extending to the city.
House is fully furnished and slowly being decorated(photos are from staging), you’re most welcome to contribute with decor. Plant parents welcome and are encouraged! 🌱
Our sharedhome is provided by BubbL. In addition to letting us pick our own housemates, we get heaps of perks through them including discounts across various brands and outlets, groceries, dining and experiences, free shared streaming services etc. Fortnightly cleaning*, regular lawn maintenance** also included so no chore wheels and it’s one less headache.
Oh! Did we mention we are visitor friendly? We are no regular party house but we do like to entertain our friends occasionally.
We consider this to be our home take pride in our living space and not just a place to rest our head so we are looking for a cool soul who shares those values and to become friends with as well, not just another tenant. But we also respect personal space and expect the same when needed. House is fully furnished, You’re most welcome to contribute with decor if you like.
📃 House rules :
- We like to keep the place clean and tidy so expect our housemates to be proactive about it and also make sure to pickup after themselves. Campsite rule apply - "Leave it better than you found it".
- Although visitors are reasonably allowed and ENCOURAGED, we expect all housemates to be notified of guests in their living space in advance. Just drop a line in the group chat so everyone knows who's in their space.
-Strictly no smoking indoors.

- Individual NSW standard tenancy agreement with a few additional clauses relating to a shared-home.
- Bond of 4 weeks to be lodged via RBO (Rental bonds Online) - instalment options available if needed.

About the flatmates
You’ll be sharing with friendly and respectful housemates in their twenties. We are a co-ed house. Ideal housemate would be a potential friend with a similar chill mindset who doesn’t take things way too seriously, but also responsible and respects the space, keeps it clean, can generally adult well and respects the people they live with. We are open for anyone in their early twenties to early thirties as long as the vibe is right! First time moving out of home? Come on up!!!
