About me:
I’m a Malaysian Chinese who’s not only chill and easygoing but also a warm and welcoming person. I work full-time and am usually in the office 2–3 days a week.
I’m clean, tidy, and friendly. I don’t smoke, rarely have guests over, and live a simple lifestyle. By saying that, I may occasionally host friends for board games or a birthday in the apartment (though rarely—we usually hang out elsewhere, so just a couple of times a year at most). We’re all considerate and friendly, and we always wrap up before midnight. You’re welcome to join if you’d like, or feel free to do your own thing. I’ve never had anyone stay overnight.
Outside of work, I enjoy the gym, grocery shopping, Netflix, catching up with friends, or just relaxing at home. I sometimes have a busy schedule, but when I’m home, I like a peaceful environment.
I respect people’s privacy but also like having a chat from time to time. I’m pretty easy-going, and always clean up after myself (especially when cooking). The dishwasher makes things easy. As a light sleeper, I appreciate keeping noise levels low at night.
Ideal Housemate:
I’m looking for a female flatmate who values privacy and cleanliness, is tidy, respects personal space, is a non-smoker, and enjoys a quiet lifestyle. Friends are welcome during the day, but this isn’t a party house — so no loud noise after midnight thanks ☺️
As this is a two-bedroom apartment, I am looking to lease the room to only one female tenant (lease term negotiable). Total occupancy will just be the two of us, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable home.
