About the property
The house is great - nice, modern finished and plenty of space. The room is huge - and I mean huge - and includes a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
There's a TV in the room as well and everything comes furnished. You'll have your own dedicated pantry and fridge space, too (a lot of it).
It's easy to get into the city or walk to the airport too, it's a super well-connected spot. Shops are a short walk away and there's beaches not too far by drive or public transport too.
I don’t seem to be able to add it elsewhere, but couples are $600 a week also.

About the flatmates
Hey, this is Zach - the outgoing roommate. I'm looking for someone to move in from Sunday the 1st of Feb (or as close to that as possible).
There are 7 people in the sharehouse, but it's a pretty big place. Most people are happy to keep to themselves generally but are very friendly and say hello.
In the time I've been here, people have mostly been younger and from Europe, so it's a youthful-feeling place to live. They're often out at work or exploring Sydney, so it's rare to see more than two other housemates at a time.
The ideal flatmate is anyone who at the least doesn't mind those social interactions and sharing space occasionally.
