I am in my forties. I am a Professional lady living in Mascot as it is close to where I work as an engineer. I do not drink or smoke. I live in a beautiful unit and am happy to share with the correct person. I work hard and love to cook, My Partner lives away and visits on weekends. I am offering a fully furnished room in this apartment for a month initially as a trial and then indefinitely for the right person. You will have full use of all facilities as well as your own bathroom. One minute to Mascot train station, Woolworths and heaps of restaurants. This is a wonderful place to live. This would suit a country kid moving to the city, international student or a professional lady . No parties, smoking or pets. This complex also has a Gym and pool that are free to residents.
