All bills are added in it, except for the hot water and electricity goes beyond $200 a month it will further be payable and divided amongst us. Internet is included in the bill. The yearly hikes on bills are pretty huge and it keeps going higher each time. Hence these are variables and may have an increase to the rent. 4 weeks notice is mandatory either sides or the bond will have to be forgone or I will refund your complete bond. Provided home is clean and tidy.
