Clean and friendly home to a female tenant, the bustop is right outside taking 2 minutes to Parra Westfield! :) or u can walk from Westmead Stn if u like.

There is also a profiterole patisserie store downstairs with coffee, lunch and sweets!

If you need parking, there is parking on the street where you can see your car from the balcony or there are visitor spots inside the garage.

You may use the second bathroom which is the communal bathroom for visitors, it is basically yours.

There is a beautiful courtyard with grass and seats to chill.

Preferably want someone who will not be home 24/7. And someone who will not bring people back unless they use the balcony or stay in their room.

My home is a cosy home with no parties, no smoking etc

Please clean up after you use any space as I want to keep my place at an impeccable condition.

I also have a little toy poodle who loves people and my bf will be living with me for 6 months.
