Welcome to my cosy and modern, huge and thoughtfully styled 2 bed + 2 bath apartment in Meadowbank, minutes walk from the train station and ferry. $400 a week for an unfurnished bedroom with ensuite, or $450 furnished.
You’ll be in the Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which can accommodate a queen bed or double bed with small desk. Built in generous wardrobes. Your room has a lovely view of greenery from the common internal courtyard for the building. No air con in the room but there is one in our living room. The window has an insect screen in your bedroom for good airflow. See last photo for example of how the bed fitted in before I replaced the carpet!
Room can be furnished for $450 per week, or $400 per week if you bring your own bedroom furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking gear and appliances. Washer + dryer in a dedicated cupboard. You can hang laundry indoors or on our large sunny balcony.
No parking available sorry- and street parking is impossible to find around here for permanent parking. We only have visitor parking which is strictly enforced for visitors only. Storage cage available for bikes, surfboards etc.
Pets: small dogs considered or rabbits, as I’m very allergic to cats and large dogs are not approved by strata.

Hello welcome to my cosy, spacious and modern 2 bedroom flat in Meadowbank.
I’m a female lawyer in my early 40s, working half the time from home and the rest in the city. I enjoy going out out to eat with friends, watching action movies, reading, exercising (I do karate) and travelling! I don’t cook very often.
Personally I’m looking for another tidy, considerate and single female professional who, like me is ok to not have people stay overnight (friends over for the occasional dinner is fine).
Nice if we can be friendly and watch tv together sometimes but no pressure!
Please be ok with no shoes in the house :)
