I'm from Florida USA and have been in Sydney for 6 years. I'm a professional engineer working fulltime. I'm clean, respectful and open-minded looking for like-minded people to share my house. I live in another room with a separate tolilet. The main bathroom is shared.
One working professional tenant for each room (visitors could come daytime but not overnight). No large power consumption appliances i.e. fan heater, as bills are included. There are 4 rooms in total, 2 male working-professional tenants currently in other two rooms. Proof of paying rent, and one reference are required.
No pets, no smoking, no drugs.
I'm flexible with furnitures and you're welcome to bring your own.
4 weeks bond. Long term 6 months more is preferred.
