The best part about living here is the location. The building is literally across the road from Merrylands Train Station, so getting around is incredibly easy. Parramatta is only a few minutes away and the Sydney CBD is roughly a 35-minute train ride.

The rooms are above a commercial property, with a separate side entrance for residents. There are four rooms in total, sharing a common entry.

Food options around here are excellent, especially Middle Eastern cuisine. Places like Kabul House are local favourites, and there are plenty of other casual spots nearby. Cabramatta is also only about 15 minutes away by train if you love Vietnamese food.
