The best part about living here is the location. The building is literally across the road from Merrylands Train Station, so getting around is incredibly easy. Parramatta is only a few minutes away and the Sydney CBD is roughly a 35-minute train ride.
The rooms are above a commercial property, with a separate side entrance for residents. There are four rooms in total, sharing a common entry.
