About the property
Beautiful house with an amazing lounge!
I am renting out 2 of my 3 bedroom house. House is in immaculate and great condition. It's only renovated a year ago so everything still looks new.
The house is fully furnished with premium quality and aesthetic furniture, fully equipped with kitchen and cleaning appliances. It's basically ready to move in.
Both rooms are spacious and similar in size(about 4.5m x 3.5m). A King bed can easily fit along with a desk. Both rooms comes with a quality single bed with comfortable mattress. If you would like to bring in your bed, that's fine too!
All bills are included (elec, gas, water and high speed internet).
There is bus stop at 1 min walking distance that takes you to Parramatta station or towards Liverpool. Walking to Merrylands train station is about 10min. Walking to Woolworths is about 7min. House is very close to major fastfood chains.
The rooms will be most suited for calm and respectful tenants, but anyone is encouraged to enquire.
Availability is flexible depending on your needs and mutual agreement.

I am a full time working professional. I work almost exclusively from the office (Monday to Friday). I like to spend my free time going to the gym, meeting up with friends, reading a book, exploring new places, going out for food/drinks.
I am an easy going, very friendly, respectful person with positive energy. I am happy to provide a helping hand where possible. You will have a pleasant stay in this house :)
