About the property
The renovated terrace is in an incredible area overlooking the harbour and surrounded by beautiful parks and walking spots - a perfect place for those looking for a quieter (kinda) but nevertheless gorgeous part of the city. Very easy access to bus stops, train stations, and the Barangaroo metro.
The bathroom is shared, but there is also another seperate toilet at the rear of the place.
The bedroom has mirrored built in double wardrobes, and is furnished with a double bed, mattress, linen and blankets, vanity desk/bedside table, fan, and chair. Feel free to decorate the room however you want.
Happy for you to set up a work station in the living room if you occasionally WFH or study.
The apartment is also occupied by my little pup "Bear". He absolutely loves people, but is, after all, a dog and does silly dog things at times - so it would probably help if you have lived with dogs before.
Nevertheless, he is 110% guaranteed to greet you with excitement everytime you come home :)
