About the flatmates
Hi there! We are Emily (29) and Layla (24), two friends looking for a third person to join our beautiful 4-bedroom duplex in Milperra. We’re a friendly, "girlie" household that strikes the perfect balance between social hangouts and our own downtime.
About Us:
Emily works 9–5 in a corporate role (WFH 1–2 days a week) and spends her evenings cheerleading or at Pilates. Layla also works full-time Monday–Friday and loves a good movie night or dinner out with friends. Then there’s Kira—our 4-year-old English Bulldog who is currently "unemployed" and spends her days napping or trying to play with the garden hose.
The Vibe:
We’ve been friends for a long time, so the house feels like a home. We’re often in the communal areas having a chat or watching a movie together, but we also value our own space and quiet time. We’re looking for a female housemate (aged 24–30) who is clean (8/10!), respectful, and down for a beach day or a group dinner every now and then.
