About the property
Other than being super close to the beach, we love how light and sunny our apartment is. It gets morning sun on one side and evening sun on the other. The apartment is more like a town house with 3 levels. There's the big double garage, laundry and outdoor space downstairs, the middle level has the living room, kitchen and sunny balcony and the top level has the two great sized bedrooms with high pitched ceilings and bathroom. The big old timber windows open right up which is epic.
The whole place has had a recent renovation with new lighting, new flooring (including new carpet throughout the bedrooms and timber in the living room), new paint and a bathroom update.
It's a really quiet and peaceful spot that is still very central and close to everything you need.
The room being rented is a great size, has a huge built in wardrobe, new carpet, sheer + blockout curtains and a nice dimmable light.

About the flatmates
Hey,
I'm Sam. I'm a physio, surfer and mountain biker (although not currently as I'm rehabbing an ACL injury). I live with my partner Yara who is a Spanish teacher and a keen surfer as well. We're both really active and try to be outdoors as much as possible. We're out of the house quite a bit, but when we're here we love our home to be relaxed and a great place to recharge.
