There will be maximum 4 people living in total including the tenant to be, everyone values and prioritizes a quiet peaceful home. Currently 2 male working professionals reside. It is a -QUIET- household with minimal traffic inside if that is a priority for you.

Plenty of street parking is available. It is a very quiet and uncrowded peaceful neighbourhood.

I am looking for a male or female professional or student with proof of regular income who is tidy, quiet, mature and respectful. No couples accepted.

Partying is not allowed within the house and no overnight guests are allowed. Bringing guests must be pre-approved due to security concerns.

2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent paid in advance on move-in date or earlier is required. Rent is payable via direct deposit fortnightly.
