This awesome massive 3 bedroom place address says Marrickville but much closer to Newtown 5 min walk from King st and a 10 min walk to Newtown station.
2 min walk to mall with Woolworths and Aldi and food court
One large room available
Has a built in wardrobe lots of space nice window with natural light
Double brick very sound dampening so can't here others in the house
Olivia 32 female American very chill in the third room
The house is furnished now with pretty much everything but we need help filling it up with art, plants and random stuff to make it feel like home. I'm super chill and very clean, have a lot of hobbies like skating climbing motorbikes and the herb garden needs some love and I like having arts and crafts days.
Not a party house but I like listening to music a lot. Chilli peppers whilst cleaning- stuff like that.
I like socialising a lot at home and at friends places weekend BBQs or dinners with friends occasional gathering.
The whole house is double brick therefore it is hard to hear others even when there is music or tv.
Oh, also have a projector and screen for epic movie nights too :)
I almost forgot about Bunji he's (a good boy) a 5 year old American Staffy that is extremely well trained and will rub his face on you until he gets cuddles or snacks.
