We have 1 fully furnished bedroom in this 4 bedroom house, with 2 newly renovated bathrooms (plus a 3rd toilet with internal laundry), a fully equipped kitchen, open living/dining room, sunny rear courtyard, and shared garage space for bike storage available for move in soon.
We are located super conveniently in a quiet back street moments away from the hustle and bustle of Newtown. Less than 15 minutes walking distance to Newtown train station, and an easy stroll to many near by bus stops. There is life to be found all around we are literally surrounded by awesome venues and places to go/things to do.
The house itself is lovely, clean and has a lovely sun filled courtyard with table/chairs furniture. It is fully furnished and equipped including internal laundry. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a modern kitchen, with all bills, wifi, cleaners and maintenance included.
The housemates are positive, friendly and wonderful humans. They are keen to live with social and organised housemates who are keen to hang out together and importantly clean up after themselves. Please read the section 'about the housemates' for more information.
