About the flatmates
Hey! We’re Cate and Em (both 25) and we’re looking for someone fun, social and tidy to move into our Newtown sharehouse for one month from Feb 1st.
The location is elite — 3 min walk to Newtown station, heaps of cafes and pubs nearby, plus street parking on our road.
We both work full time (some WFH days). Cate works in wine (yes, there’s always wine in the house 🍷) and Em works for the government. We’re pretty chill — we respect each other’s space but also love a couch wine, a debrief about our days and some trash TV.
Ideally looking for someone clean but not boring, social, and happy to hang but also do their own thing. Definitely not a party house, but we do enjoy a drink and a laugh.
The room is unfurnished except for a mattress as our old housemate has moved back to the UK. This is short-term only as someone else is moving in March.
