About the Room
- First room on the left upon entering the property, big enough to fit a queen bed, desk and a few other furnishings as needed.
- Door locks for your own security and privacy.
- No built in wardrobe sadly however you should be able to fit enough furnishings in to cover that.
- Room does get light in the morning and day from the window.
- Bathroom is shared between you and myself.
- Due to the property being next to the Enmore Theatre, rooms are pretty sound proof and can only hear things when windows are open.
About The Property
- Quiet apartment facing away (but entered on) Enmore Road, Newtown.
- Public transport available outside the front door heading away and towards the city, with a five minute walk to Newtown station.
- multiple shops close by including an IGA and Foodworks, with Marrickville Metro shopping Centre being a short drive or 25-30 minute walk.
- Right in the heart of the Enmore Entertainment District, so if you love good food, shows or a couple drinks with mates, there are plenty of options to choose from.
- Top floor apartment with a great view from Enmore all the way to the airport. Stair access only, unfortunately not elevator.
- Shared kitchen and living spaces, feel free to use them as you would like.
- Laundry contains washing machine and dryer though if you prefer a laundromat there is one on the corner of the block a minute walk away.

Everything Else
- Myself and one other roommate live here. We generally do our own thing and stay in our rooms but always happy for a chat now and then.
- Personally, I am a gamer and work from home a few days a week. Alex, the other roommate, is pretty quiet and only ever pass them between the kitchen and entering and leaving the property.
- Pretty quiet household but feel free to have mates over as long as you clean up after yourself.
- We are an LGBTQ+ house, so a queer or queer-friendly housemate is someone who would fit in nicely.
- We are right under a flight path so if you don’t mind the planes (you get used to it trust me) I’m sure you would be fine.
- Street noise can get a little loud on weekends as we are above a bar and restaurant but nice area with gate and secure door before entering the property.
