A private loft room in very cool Newtown. It’s quiet (except for flight path days), yet within 10 minutes of everything - shops, parks, pool, gym, bars, pubs and restaurants. If nightlife is your thing, it’s the perfect base. If it’s a run in the park - Sydney Park is 5 minutes walk. If it’s long brunches - the local cafes are amazing.
The house itself is a comfortable home, calm and friendly. There’s a sunny private courtyard, a BBQ, and a comfy sitting room with TV, lots of books and music, on street parking. Fortnightly cleaning of common areas included.
All utiilities are included also fresh bedliinen, towels etc.
The room is a spacious loft room - very bright and private with a double bed, desk, storage and hanging space.

I was an academic, now I work from home as a writer and in my home studio as a painter, I attend lots of live music of all genres and love a good games or trivia night.
I have a beautiful Kelpie who is overflowing with love so being a dog lover is essential.
