I’m looking for a housemate to move into what’s currently a study room. The unit has plenty of storage throughout, and there’s always lots of street parking available. The place is fully furnished, you’d just need to bring your own bed.
The unit is right next to the parramatta light rail and a bus stop is right out the front. The walk to parramatta station and the Westfield is about 20 minutes.
Parramatta park is across the road and there are plenty of options for food and drinks close by.
