The room is available for $320 per week, inclusive of bills (rent, electricity, water, and wifi). Bond is 1280. You'll have your own space to relax and unwind, with a shared toilet and bathroom.
The room comes unfurnished and has a single wadrobe.

The apartment is well-equipped with a kitchen featuring appliances, including a fridge, airfryer, rice cooker and oven. As a 2-bedroom apartment, there's plenty of space for both individuals to feel comfortable.
