You'll be renting the room but have use of the whole living and balcony area.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are used by me only.

It's a relaxed and easy-going lifestyle - no kids, no pets, meals as u please or organise together.

Plenty of safe off-street parking or there may also be some garaged parking available circa mid-March.

Only a 15 min walk to the Parramatta CBD or catch the light rail going to either Parramatta (on its way to Rydalmere and Carlingford) or around to Westmead – the Fennell Street stop is only one & half blocks away – very convenient for work, shopping or a night out at one of Parramatta’s many restaurants or night spots and also Western Sydney University plus its Parramatta and Westmead Campus’s.

Coles and 2 great local pubs are only 4 blocks away.

Only 3 blocks the other way is Doyle Park where locals take a stroll, walk or run around the 1 km all-weather track and hosts numerous cricket & touch footy competitions.

Across the road from Doyle Park is Genisis Health and Fitness Gym and on the other side is a great community-based specialty Supermarket that serves same day ready-made meals, with a bottle store and an attached outdoor café, great for early morning breakfasts or relaxing meeting place or casual lunch venue.
