We have rooms available. Rent includes:

✏️electricity (included for reasonable use only. Appliances and lights running unattended, as well as high-load
equipment, are not included.)

We’re a busy household and value a clean, comfortable home. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, cleans up after themselves (including after cooking), and respects shared spaces. We value a quiet and respectful living environment. Excessive or disruptive noise is not suitable for this home.

The house is only 3-minute walk to the bus stop where you have access to

🚍Express bus, which takes about 35 minutes to the city
🚍Express bus from M2 which takes around 9 minutes to Seven Hills Train Station and around 15 minutes to Macquarie Park Station
🚍Express bus which takes about 15 minutes to Waterloo Road, Marsfield, just a short walk Macquarie university.

There’s a bus stop just across the road, and it’s only 2 minutes to the shopping centre.

The house is also close to Baulkham Hills, Carlingford, and Epping .

The suburb is great for walking, with plenty of tree coverage, creating a pleasant and peaceful environment. There is a shopping center and gym just 1.5 km away. If you're interested in golf, there's a golf club nearby as well. There is plenty of on-street parking across the road, and commuter parking is just a 2-minute walk away from the house.

The bathroom is shared by two housemates. We also have two lovely and friendly small dogs—a Frenchie and a Cavoodle.
