Right next to Macquarie University, Macquarie Park and North Ryde business district, Macquarie Hospital, North Ryde Gold Club, Lane Cove hiking trail, and bushwalk. Plenty of parking space.
Sorry that pets are not allowed. Smoking is NOT suitable. We prefer tenants who are clean, tidy, responsible, and quiet. Ideally for ones look for a place to rest after work/study. It is best for students.
