The property has a long driveway and plenty of space for off street parking.
(My roommate doesn’t drive so one less car)
We have a beautiful pool in the backyard which is solar heated. The backyard and front yard are both large and have room for activities.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a private bathroom.
We also have a study room, this room is a private area for the person who rents bedroom two. It has built in wardrobe so you can use it as a walk in or however you please.
My roommate and I are upstairs we share the bathroom on the top floor.
The house has a spacious kitchen and two large lounge rooms.
My roommate and i only ever use the back lounge so the front lounge is essentially a private lounge for you!
We keep the house tidy and would appreciate anyone moving into the home to do the same.

My self and my current flat mate are both 28 year old males, we both work full time and enjoy an active lifestyle.
We like to keep the house clean and tidy and adopt a leave an area how you found it mentality.
We are social and happy to have a bbq around the pool on weekends.
