About the flatmates
I have my home there occasionally so I usually keep 1 room for myself. I'm a retiree so may be set in my ways but I have had a lot of experience with renters. So if you are serious about living 10kms from the city and walking distance to a trin as wekll as the metro, then send me a message asap. Very convenient to Aldi and Woolwrts and reataurants, bowling alley and theatre at the old SAO Arnetts buscuit factory refurbishment on the other side of the railway track.
