There's a Bbq area outside on the balcony which you can see some fireworks, if you're lucky from city. The room is quite spacious, and the loft is home and roomy, spacious enough to invite people to entertain friends and gatherings as well, and there's no neighbours as its on top of a commercial block. Hi, I'm Kelly. I live with my cat Mila Kunis in this loft for 8 years now and looking for someone to rent my spare room, that's fully furnished and is also a cat person. I do run my cleaning business from home and likes to cook especially when my boyfriend is over the weekends, as well. I like cooking, cleaning, roller-skating, singing, music and entertaining and sometimes with my friends that like to visit for dinner and drinks only on occasions. The room is fully furnished, and cleaning fees is included (as a run my own cleaning business, so you don't need to clean the place besides your own room) and things included like everyday cleaning supplies, laundry powder and toilet paper, tissue boxes so you just need to bring yourself and your necessities. Looking for a housemate that's easy going and gets along well with my cat, bf and friends.
