North Strathfield, Sydney

We live in a newly built apartment complex with elevators and FOB access, which helps keep the complex safe and secure. There is built in central aircon and heating, a built in dishwasher, internal laundry and an east facing deck which has the most beautiful sunrises over the CBD.
The location of the apartment is a 10 minute walk from North Strathfield station, so there is super easy access to public transport and getting into the city area. We are a 5 minute drive from Rhodes shopping centre and a 20 minute walk to the closest shopping strip (cafes, ALDI, pharmacy, restaurants).
There is lot's of street parking available as well if you have a car.
The complex itself is pet friendly so you'll often see some cute dogs in the courtyard, and in the 6 months we have lived here we have never heard any dogs barking.
We have a small TV, a fridge/freezer, and heaps of other appliances that you may use (microwave, blender, rice cooker, toastie machine).
There is a skylight as we are the top floor, so we get lots of natural light. The room for offer has a west facing window and receives beautiful sunsets.

This lease for this apartment finishes at the end of June, hence why the stay is only for the remaining 6 months of the lease.
