Hi there! We have a private bedroom and bathroom available in our sunny 2-bedroom, 3-toilet townhouse in Northmead. Located on a quiet private street just off Windsor Rd, it’s the perfect balance of peace and convenience.

Frequent buses only one minute walking distance away. 10 mins to Parramatta CBD (then 26 mins to Central), 6 mins to Baulkham Hills, and 15 mins to Castle Hill Metro.

Short walk to Northmead Village (IGA, Medical Centre, Gyms, and cafes). Plus, we are walking distance to beautiful hiking trails and a local swimming spot. Short drive or bus down the road to North Parramatta Woolies, anytime fitness, and World Gym.

A bright bedroom with a large family-sized bathroom for your exclusive use. Comes furnished with a Queen bed and we can provide a desk and chair on request. Bedroom also features two sets of built in wardrobes and two sliding mirrors.

House has an equipped kitchen, backyard, dining, and lounge area.
High-speed nbn being connected (500/50) and a large TV with many streaming services (Netflix, Binge, Stan, Disney+, Amazon, YouTube premium, Paramount.).
