Welcome you to a 4 bedrooms house with 2 toilets and 2 showers with all female only renters (toilet seat sanitising liners provided free of charge as in photos) on ground with large backyard and minutes to Train Station. A female, non-snooker, non-drinker, clean, quiet, non-pet, and considerate female renters only as I have my 8 years old Daughter with me. A chill place for us all. You can either share house chores or pay an extra $10/week to not having to do it. All bills included with unlimited internet (except the use of heater and air cond and toilet paper to prevent irresponsible excessive use >< ). Recycle waste should not be excessive. Furnitures are being moved in.
