About the flatmates
2 blokes live upstairs we work full time our ages are 48 and 46 there is also Apple she is a German shepherd so if your not a dog person do not apply.
We have been friends 25 years or more. We are easy to get along with and pretty much stay upstairs unless we are using the kitchen but we also have a lounge room downstairs besides your own private lounge room. One of us takes care of all the lawns and maintenance. It’s not a party house… as long as you pay your rent clean up after yourself and pat the dog all will be sweet.
