I’m looking for the right person to share this house with!
• Spacious room with in-built wardrobe
• Bills are included, except for electricity, that’s because everyone has different usage and I do not want to overcharge - bills are shared between 3 people equally (would be very affordable)
• Plenty of sun light in the day with good ventilation (2-3 windows) + North facing
• Sharing bathroom with just one person, but there is 3 toilets in the house so you will never have to wait
• Close to amenities - 6 mins walk to Parramatta Westfield and then walking inside the shopping mall to get to the train station
• Full brick in every wall - warm in winter, cool in summer
• Drama free household (so you will need to be drama free too😊 - I hope we will get to relax after work/ study without any extra worries)
• Ample of parking on the street
• Gas cooking
• Nice and quiet as living area on the first floor, bedroom on the second floor
