*If the ad is still up, then the room is still available* Single room only- It’s a two bedroom house and your room will be furnished- if you need any extra furniture I will cover the cost and get you it. It has its own aircon/ heater, king single bed, electrical standing study desk (1400mm Width 600mm Depth), ergonomic chair, 2 x single wardrobes and lockable bedside cabinet. It has full window where you can see the view of the lake and the city.

The rent is negotiable, it also covers the internet and water but the electricity/gas/hot water will be split by two. I would also prefer to have a chat on call to see if the house rules align before a house inspection.

The Meriton Building has a gym, sauna, spa, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, BBQ area and study space on level 1. The place has a great view as well with a great sunrise.

The place is 10 min walk to Parramatta Station, if you need groceries there is Woolworths literally downstairs. You can catch a ferry which goes to the city and its downstairs as well. There is a bus stop 7 minute walk which goes to Macquarie University, Epping, Olympic park, Central, Strathfield, Macquarie Park etc.

Non- Negotiable:
- I would prefer 22- 28 years olds
- needs to be a really clean person
- has to be a 6 month lease.
- No smoking, no drugs allowed.
