Recently renovated townhouse a very short walk to Parramatta station. Looking for 1 flatmate for a bedroom with built-in wardrobe and off-street parking.
Some key details you might miss:
- shared bathroom no ensuite, so sharing between 3
- no storage outside of room (but has built-in wardrobe)
- next day inspections or 9-6 weekdays not likely to be possible due to tenants’ schedules.
- move in 7 February or after
- bills NOT included, usually $25 per wk approx
Other flatmates:
Sharing with a teacher and a researcher (20s, 30s) both female. One flatmate is moving overseas.

Cleaner comes once per month, included in rent.
Bills are additional and would be wifi, gas, electricity and water usage as per usual.
The townhouse:
- This is a townhouse in a tidy, well-managed block of townhouses set back from Victoria Rd (i.e., all the convenience of being near Vic Rd, but none of the noise).
- Kitchen and living room are all furnished. Shared bathroom with second toilet downstairs.
- The house was fully renovated 2.5 years ago as shown in the photos.
You:
- Looking for clean, tidy, organised, responsible flatmate.
- Min stay 3 months but longer is preferred - you'll be signing the NSW standard tenancy agreement with periodic lease which means you give 3 weeks' notice.
- You don't need more storage than that provided in the room.
Location:
- Approx. 13 min walk to Parramatta Station, 15 min walk to Western Sydney University (north and Parramatta campuses) and Westfield, 40 min walk to Westmead Hospital.
- 5 min walk to Coles and 1 min walk to bus stop (to get to Westfield if it's raining).
- 10 min walk to nearest gym and park (Doyle Ground).
- Very close to river and river bike tracks.

One flatmate is a teacher in her 30s who doesn’t WFH
One flatmate is a researcher in her 20s who WFH and in the office.
I'm the landlord and I used to live here for 2 years (moved last year). In my 30s, working as an engineer, live nearby.
The house generally works well with flatmates who are happy to have a conversation and also happy to have their own lives.
This place has zero storage (except in the built-in wardrobes), so looking for someone who doesn't need storage other than in the room.
It would be great to have a flatmate who can sweep, vacuum, tidy, weed the garden, water the plants, mow the lawn, clean, take bins out and keep the sink clear when it seems time to do it, locks the door after themselves and tries their best to protect the furniture and surfaces from marks etc.
I really love this strata community, which is very neat and tidy with pretty plants and flowers. I enjoy walking into a naturally cool living room in summer because the double brick keeps the heat out downstairs. It's so close to everything too.
