The unit is split level on an upper floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms - the available room and bathroom are on the entry level. The unit has an underground car space (available for use) and storage cage, with visitors parking available.
The room has a large built in wardrobe, north facing windows, and is currently unfurnished but can be furnished with a desk and bed if required.
The bathroom has a combined bath and shower.
The unit is a 10-minute walk from Parramatta station and Westfield, and 5 minutes from Harris Park station. The train ride to central is about 30 minutes, and runs every 2-5 minutes on weekdays.
Anytime Fitness is at the end of the street, less than a 5 minute walk away.
There is a washing machine and dryer available, as well as aircon downstairs and plenty of space for guests in the lounge room.
Lounge room has a TV, PS5+VR and streaming services hooked up.
Kitchen has an oven, gas stovetop, air fryer, microwave, and dishwasher.
I like to keep the home tidy and hope my future flatmate can contribute to this as well.
