About the flatmates
The home is shared with my retired parents, originally from Cambodia. They live in the ensuite and are able to communicate in English. We also have a female flatmate in her 20s who works as a sports instructor and is from Thailand. Everyone in the house is very quiet, respectful, and easy-going, making it a peaceful and relaxed environment. It’s a friendly household where everyone values personal space and keeps the home clean and comfortable.
👤 Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a female tenant, ideally from Southeast Asia, to maintain the friendly and culturally familiar environment of the home. Everyone currently living in the house is from Southeast Asia, and we all value a quiet, respectful, and tidy lifestyle.
We prefer someone who:
Is a student (university or TAFE), but we’re also open to working professionals
Takes good care of shared spaces
Is quiet, clean, and considerate
Does not work from home (sorry, we prefer someone who studies or works outside during the day)
